Service and Comissioning Conditions

Commissioning support

  • We are happy to offer our customers support during commissioning for our products.
  • We charge €495 for support during system integration (up to 4 hours).
  • Any additional support will be charged at 150€/hour after consultation.

Returned Products
Unless specified in individual contracts, the following applies to all returns by customers:

  1. Stercom generally does not cover shipping costs.
  2. If a product needs to be replaced and an equivalent product is available, it will be sent as a refurbished replacement.
  3. For returns outside the warranty period:
    After initial inspection, the customer will receive a cost estimate on the basis of which the repair will be carried out after an official order has been placed.
    We charge a processing fee of €250/device if our cost estimate is not accepted.
  4. If a device is returned to Stercom for analysis and no error is detected, we will charge a service fee of 250€/device.
  5. Return to customer:
    In order to minimize the risk of transport damage during return shipment, we use new packaging, which will be charged to the customer accordingly.
    In the case of a warranty repair, these costs (packaging + transport) will not be charged.
  6. If a product is to be returned to Stercom for repair or an update, we ask you to coordinate the return shipment in advance.
    Please send an email stating SN and failure description to:
    If we are not informed in advance, we will charge an administration fee of 150 €.
  7. Stercom will not bear any costs for the removal of products that are the subject of a complaint.
