After many years as Founder and Managing Director, Robert Sterff is stepping back from his operational role and will continue to support the company as a member of the Advisory Board. His entrepreneurial vision and technical expertise have been key drivers in establishing Stercom Power Solutions as a trusted partner for high-performance power electronics.
At the same time, Martin Kutschker, previously Chief Technology Officer (CTO), has appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With his strong background in power electronics, system architecture and customer-oriented product development, he will lead the company into its next phase.
This leadership transition further strengthens Stercom Power Solutions within the ZAPI GROUP, reinforcing its position as a specialist for demanding charging and energy solutions.
