Electric mobility faces two significant challenges that are closely interconnected: the lack of infrastructure and the range of electric vehicles. The charging system developed by Stercom, ICI (Inductive Charge Inverter), offers a solution for both aspects through inductive fast charging. "ICI demonstrates its potential particularly in public transportation. Buses in cities typically follow the same routes and pass by central hubs. These locations are ideal for a type of inductive pit stop," explains Robert Sterff, Managing Director of Stercom Power Solutions.
